SimSalaBim Reisen organizes tours, trips and events for everyone who likes to experience new and to celebrate. At our prices it is clear that we can not offer 5-star accommodation. But the house is always clean, the food always great and the atmosphere invariably good.

How to Book / Reserve a Place?
Booking / Reservation is easy with us:

1. You fill the booking form from our website on (which is always to find on the side of their journey ).
2. You send us an e-mail to mail@simsalabim-reisen.de and make details of the journey which you are interested in: Necessary information are: Your name, your age and if you ride alone or with whom you travel.
3. You send us a letter with the information as in point 2) to:

When do I Transfer the Money? And How Much?
When you signed up for one of our trips, you will receive immediately a confirmation e-mail in which we let know all necessary information and further action.

I Have Not Received a Confirmation E-mail. Do I Still Get a Confirmation?
Sure. Probably somethinghas gone wrong with our computers. Just send us a short report and we send the message again to you.

 AreThere a Trip Cancellation Insurance and Cancellation Fees?
Yes. Within the booking form of the travel there is always the option of booking an insurance to cover. Do you want to cancel your trip, so please note our terms of penalty.

Are There Any Travel Warnings for the Country I Want to Make Holidays in?
If you have concerns about whether a destination is really sure, then you can look it up here: http://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/diplo/de/Startseite.html Any other country than Germany has a similar side for that concern.

2. Travels With Self-Drive :

I have no car! How do I get to the destination my holiday takes place? Do not panic! So far, everyone is to come along. Speak to us - then we try to arrange car-sharing.

3. Ski Trips:

Do I Need Bedding?
It depends on the apartment. You will be informed before the travel if  you have to bring sheets or a sleeping bag.

Is the ski pass included?
Of course! The ski pass is always included. On some trips there are different versions (eg, 4 or 5 days ski pass / student discounts etc..). So you can book individually.

Do I Need a Photo or a Student ID For the Ski Pass?
Photo: no, Studi-ID: yes (so if available please bring along)

Can we Consume Our Own Drinks at the hut?
Of course! Anyone can do what he wants (as long as no other is disturbed). We also have drinks (beer, wine, water, soda, liquor), you can buy inexpensively. Just take what you want and make a stroke behind your name on the instructions booklet drinks list. This is billed on the last evening with you.

What's For Dinner?
You will expect a half or full board. In the morning there is breakfast from 8am consisting of bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, jam, coffee, etc. If you want to sleep longer, that's no problem. The kitchen is always open and even a breakfast at 12am is not an obstacle according as there is a hearty packed lunch. The hot dinner is served between 18 und 19 clock. There is always a certain percentage of meat, vegetarians are imperative to inform us BEFORE the travel about appropriate eating habits.

I Can Not Ski or Snowboard. Do I Need a Expensive Skiing Courses Now?
No way!!! Our team consists of DSV-approved ski and snowboard instructors. They will show you what`s best way (and with no broken bones) to come down the mountain. These courses are free !!!!! If you're interested, then you have to sign BEFORE bthe travel.
